Hi, I’m Liz - I guide women towards a greater sense of wellbeing by curating intimate conversations, presenting expert knowledge, guiding embodied practices and holding spaces where women can speak and be heard. I am a Certified Holistic Sex Educator, Pelvic Floor Teacher, Menopause Coach, E-RYT 500+ Yoga Instructor and Urban Zen Integrative Therapist. My journey through motherhood, menopause, divorce, dating, and pelvic floor healing informs a deeply embodied foundation of lived and learned wisdom that I share with my clients and community.
